Welcome to The Meow Co. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Meow Co. We operate this store and website at themeowco.store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting our store, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Section 1 - Access and account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Section 2 - Our products

Our products are natural silvervine (matatabi) sticks and related pet products intended for adult cats. Every cat is different: reactions to silvervine vary from cat to cat, and we do not guarantee any specific result. Product images are for illustration; natural products may vary slightly in color, size and shape.

Our products are not medicine and are not a substitute for veterinary care, including professional dental cleaning. Always supervise your cat while it chews, replace sticks once they become small or frayed, and stop use and consult a veterinarian if your cat shows any unusual reaction. You are responsible for the safe use of the products with your pet.

Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, address or payment method, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that show signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Section 4 - Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. You agree to provide current and valid payment information. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Section 5 - Shipping and delivery

Shipping times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Section 6 - Refunds and our guarantee

Refunds, our 30-Day Happy Cat Guarantee and its conditions are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Section 7 - Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including the The Meow Co. name, logo, text, images, videos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

Section 8 - Optional tools and third-party links

The Services may include third-party tools or links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for our products or for the content of these Terms. Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party payment providers under their own terms.

Section 10 - Privacy

Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 11 - Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, photos, videos or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and publish them in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm that your content is truthful, belongs to you, and does not violate anyone's rights.

Section 12 - Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, including in prices, descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information or cancel orders affected by an error, at any time and without prior notice, refunding any amount paid.

Section 15 - Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Section 16 - Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Meow Co. and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 17 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Meow Co. from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Section 18 - Severability, waiver and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms and the policies referenced in them are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

Section 19 - Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours at any time.

Section 20 - Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela. This does not deprive consumers of the protection granted by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept them.
